Webster Community
Park Secrets:

Many people are surprised to see such a beautiful park in such a small community.  One of the things they don't know is that the park has a secret.  Deep in the back of the park, hidden from all but those really looking for adventure is a nature trail.  This trail is really something to see.  Look below for just a hint of what this trial has to offer!  The photos do not do it justice.  These photos were taken on an autumn evening just at sunset.. it was beautiful!

Just one of the many tree covered paths running through the area, each trail loops around the property.

Starting up the path from the softball field

At the top of the first hill, a resting place to enjoy the view

Starting down the first hill, the path splits off in two different ways

Which way to go, left or right?

The birds are all over, chirping and rustling about

The leaves are falling on the path, blanketing the dim lit ground

With a pond in the background, the trees are almost bare here

Another path goes around the pond

And another goes around the other way towards the fields

Up closer to the baseball field, the paved path ends at a seat to rest at

Behind the pond, the water is low and a bit green but the birds love it

Even a bench to sit and watch the pond and the creatures

A few nests and bird houses

More covered paths around the other side of the pond

A small wooden bridge to a secret lookout point

From here you can see the beauty for miles!

Exiting out by the baseball park again, the trip is over
